Strategy Lead (GenAI, Go-to-Market) 

Location:  Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Duration:  9 Month Contract

Overview:

The GenAI Go to Market Strategy Lead is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise GTM approach for GenAI products and capabilities. This role ensures that GenAI initiatives are launched in a structured, compliant, and value driven manner—covering stakeholder readiness, communications, rollout planning, adoption enablement, and value realization tracking.

The role operates at the intersection of product, technology, communications, risk, and business stakeholders, and is critical to driving enterprise adoption and measurable business outcomes for GenAI investments.

 

Key Responsibilities (R&R):

• Define end to end go to market strategies for GenAI products, platforms, and capabilities.

• Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments across business, technology, risk, legal, and operations.

• Develop and execute communication, change, and enablement plans aligned to enterprise standards.

• Design phased rollout strategies (pilots, limited release, scale) for GenAI capabilities.

• Partner with Product, Architecture, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure launch readiness.

• Define and manage adoption, value realization, and customer success metrics.

• Track, analyze, and publish adoption KPIs, benefits realization, and usage insights.

• Support leadership updates, launch materials, and executive communications.

 

Key Deliverables:

• GenAI Go to Market strategy documents and rollout plans

• Stakeholder impact assessments and readiness dashboards

• Communication and change management plans

• Adoption and value realization metric frameworks

• Executive launch decks and performance updates

• Post launch adoption and success reports

 

Required Technical Skills:

• Enterprise product launch and release management

• Adoption and value realization metrics design

• Communications and change enablement frameworks

• KPI dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

• Experience launching technology products in regulated environments
