Job Description:

As a Training Content Creator, you will work with departments and teams all across the company to create engaging, entertaining, and valuable training materials on a variety of topics. This includes: 

  • Creatively explaining complex or mundane information in a way that is fun and unexpected. 

  • Providing formatting and editing suggestions to promote consistency in branding, echo company mission and values, and increase impact of delivery. 

  • Designing and developing comprehensive curriculum materials with simplified structure, clear narratives, and engaging interactive elements to increase retention. 

  • Collaborating directly with content owners to understand their needs, goals, and timelines. 

  • Producing a variety of output types like e-learning courses (SCORM and/or natively authored), videos, voiceover audio, infographics, one-pagers (Microsoft Word/PDF), slide decks (Microsoft PPT), etc.

Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience creating curriculum content. 
  • Strong typography, layout and print design skills.  
  • 3-5 years experience working in a learning management system (LMS). 
  • Prior Experience working with e-learning authoring tools. 
  • Experience in video creation and editing. 
  • Expert storyteller through visual and creative assets.   
  • Prior experience working cross-functionally and with a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent time & project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.   
  • Strong executive communication .  
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality training products. 


Preferred qualifications:
  • College degree in Education, Instructional Design, Writing, or a related field. 
  • Specific experience with Articulate or Litmos. 
  • Specific experience with Adobe Premier or After Effects. 
  • Experience working in web and UI design is a plus but not required.   
  • Demonstrated track record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others.   
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and kindness, with poise when delivering excellent work with tight deadlines for a dedicated team

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
