This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced GenAI Architect to join a fast-moving product team building next-generation AI-powered applications. You will own the design and implementation of agentic AI systems, working hands-on with the development team to bring intelligent, production-grade solutions to life.
This is a senior, hands-on architectural role on a live, commercially deployed product. A global consumer brand has already launched a GenAI-powered front-end agent in the UK - enabling customers to discover and explore products through natural language conversation. The platform is now entering a rapid multi-market roll-out: Germany first, then the Czech Republic, then Romania, with Poland and other markets running in parallel. You will own the AI architecture underpinning this expansion, working within an agile Python + AWS squad to evolve and scale the agentic system across diverse languages and markets.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Designing and iterating on multi-agent AI architectures using LangGraph and LangChain
- Defining integration standards for MCP servers and agent communication protocols
- Collaborating daily with senior and junior engineers to implement and review AI components
- Advising on prompt engineering strategy, tool use design, and agent reliability
- Contributing to technical documentation and architectural decision records
Requirements
- Proven experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith - design, development, and production deployment
- Hands-on experience implementing Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
- Experience building Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architectures and multi-agent workflows
- Ability to work closely and collaboratively within a cross-functional development team
- Strong communication skills - able to translate complex AI concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with telephony and call centre application development
- Familiarity with Twilio APIs and voice/AI integration patterns
- Background in enterprise AI platform architecture
