Job Title: Genesys IVR Engineer – Hiring FAST!

Pay Rate: $75-85/HR on W2 Only – NO C2C
Setting: Hybrid Required (Remote is NOT an Option)

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Java for middleware and microservices development.
  
• Hands-on experience with Python for serverless computing.
  
• Proven experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3).
  
• Familiarity with SAP and Oracle integration methods.
  
• Solid understanding of Terraform and Kubernetes.
  
• Experience with RESTful API design and security best practices.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
  
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and IVR integration.
  
• AWS certification (Solutions Architect or Developer).
  
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS).
  
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK stack).

Responsibilities:

• Middleware Development: Design and implement integration components to connect Genesys Cloud IVR workflows with backend systems.
  
• API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and manage secure API gateways.
  
• Serverless Functions: Develop AWS Lambda functions and manage integrations with AWS services (S3, API Gateway).
  
• Backend Integration: Connect middleware with SAP and Oracle systems using APIs and data transformation techniques.
  
• DevOps: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git hub actions and Jenkins
  
• Infrastructure Automation: Use Terraform for provisioning and configuration management.
  
• Container Orchestration: Deploy and manage middleware services using Kubernetes.
  
• Security & Access Management: Implement secure authentication and authorization for APIs and cloud services.
  
• Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
